Love Biggby Coffee and their coffee drinks that part here was great. The store overall is dirty, needs to be painted behind the counter the doorway is showing the drywall and bashed in. The windows in front are filthy inside and out. Running a Biggby Coffee is one about the coffee product but also about the physical appearance of your store. If they're that dirty in the store a nasty looking what's their equipment like? Please go to Frankenmuth to see a beautiful spotless store. You need to learn a lesson from them

Been going here daily, buy drinks for my team at work. The girls at night are very snotty, drinks are often wrong and when brought to their attention they talk on the head sets about you. We used to get great drinks when the tall Bella was there. Now usually it is Amanda and different Bella ( according to their board of who is working) The blonde girl there last night was extremely rude to my questions. Sadly I always tipped them anyway. Now I will be taking my $30 a day purchases to another Biggby.

The 2 girls working Tuesday June 24, around 12:30 were so beyond nice. They both made my entire day I wish I had their names. Their service to everyone else was so good too. This was also the nicest Biggby I’ve been too, and the sandwich was amazing. 10/10 recommend

The poor kids that work here. This place is always way understaffed on busy holiday weekends like mother's day. 3 kids working, and that was it. Huge lines. Not their fault. They always do an awesome job. Just wish management would staff more i felt horrible for them. All other times, this is a really well run coffee shop.

I have lived in Michigan for my whole life and today I realized that I like biggby coffee wayy better than Starbucks. Great prices, great sizes, great coffee, and the service was amazing. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I went to the Bigby@ 5775 state st. Customer service is really bad here. I stood there for 5 full minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever. There were two employees giggling about a tattoo while I was standing there. Finally a couple came in and stood behind me. They were immediately greeted with “how can I help you guys?” Then the customer said, “She was here already.” Then the girl employee just looked at me until I started my order. I should have left honestly. But it definitely won’t happen again. I’ll NEVER go back.
Came in to this location July 5 around 9:30 our group orderd 4 drinks and 3 bagels all of are drinks were not even full for a 20oz drink pretty sad biggby not gonna come to this location anymore if we’re gonna get drinks not even full all the way
