Everything was good except for the woman at the register.She never smiled or asked how everything was. When she made the change when I paid the bill, she didn't count the change back to me.I, as a former cashier was taught to count change back so that I didn't make a mistake, and the customer seen that they got the correct change.Then I asked where the restrooms were, and her reply was "over there where it says restrooms". I felt that was inappropriate...A simple "right over there" would have given me the right direction.So my only complaint would be yo have someone at the register that is people friendly

I couldn't eat my meal I was supposed to have steak tips but what it was was cubed up sirloin and it was overcooked it was like chewing rubber The mashed potatoes weren't real potatoes they were potato flakes couldn't eat the mashed potatoes even The broccoli was supposed to be with cheese melted over it and all I did was throw shredded cheese on top of it which didn't really even melt and that just looked nasty so I paid $16 and something for my share of the meal and I couldn't need it cuz they still charged me I won't be going back there

Absolutely terrible. I just waited almost an hour and a half for suasage and pancakes and it wasn't even great food. Very disappointed in this and will not return. It's not worth the 2 hour wait for food.

Would have been nice to have clean utensils and better service. I now remember why I never come here. I love the Bay City location, and even though I live in Saginaw, I will continue to go to Bay City. Disappointing. Our server Jen made it like she didn't want to do her job. We had to wait longer than usual to get our order in.

On 2/17/24, went there during the dinner hour and ordered the dinner bell 2 piece chicken, corn and mashed potatoes. The corn was not good at all. It was chewy and tasted like it was old. The potatoes were on the verge of being cold and the chicken was okay with not much flavor. I should of ordered my usual instead of something different.

Waitress was great! The food was excellent but the restaurant was a little dirty.Kid-friendliness: They had crayons and kids menus. It kept my girls entertained while we waited for our breakfast.

We had a great visit I highly recommend this place for breakfast. Everyone was great the waitress faith was wonderful she was definitely the best waitress I have had so far on my Michigan trip and I have been here 3 months. The food was great definitely the best breakfast I have found so far so I'll definitely be back. I hope faith enjoys the tips. Great service deserves a great tip. Thanks to everyone for making our morning great all 6 of us enjoyed our experience
