Well, haven't been to a Bob Evans in quite some time. They were always decent and had great breakfasts, but not so good this time. My wife's pancakes were slightly under-done, the staff couldn't locate the butter, and the hostess didn't seem to want to be there, much less help anyone. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

I'm very dissapointed with the portion sizes on the takeout orders. I placed 3 orders. I ordered a breakfast with an omelette & hashbrowns, wildfire chicken salad, and a family sized soup. I was only given a small amount of hashbrowns in the breakfast when usually, dining inside, the portion is the same size as my omelette. Mine was only half the size of the omelette. The chicken salad only had about 6 small pieces of chicken. And for my family soup, I was only given...

I had a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Pam. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She checked in at the perfect times, had a great attitude, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear she cared about providing excellent service.
