Ordered take out here again. And service was terrible. The last time we ordered take out the order was wrong. This time we both ordered food and after coming to pick it up only one of our orders was ready and they never made the second part of the order because they “ran out of lettuce” this is a place we eat at weekly (inside) because the Saginaw location can’t get a takeout order correct. got seated and got our drink order in fast, but then waited 40 min for our server to walk past us 10 times without saying anything. my son was counting, so we got up paid for our drinks and left.
I am understanding of a slow kitchen due to lack of workers at this time, however what I am not understanding of is waiting 40 minutes for your food order and your food comes out COLD. The waitress provided one update. never came back to see if the food was OK. Very quick to bring the bill. management NEVER came to apologize for the wait or check to see how things were. VERY disappointed tonight.
