Staff is fine, computer didn't print out ticket to barista so had a small wait before I inquired. They corrected the situation quickly and gave us our drinks, small problem with glitch in their service.
Extremely long wait times, which is surprising because the baristas are all great and really busting their butts and moving fast, but it seems like there’s not enough of them to keep up with busy demand. I order the most basic of drinks (black cold brew) about 3 times a week (between 12pm - 2pm). It takes between 10-15 minutes to receive it. Hate the redesign. The old layout was great and comfy, just needed some new furniture. Very spacious. Then all of a sudden, Starbucks decided to redesign it and make it less roomy. People have to wait in front of the trash can now, LOL. It feels like they took the design for an airport location and copy pasted it to the Tittabawassee location.
