Ash (pink glasses) at the Tittabawassee location is an absolute gem. Kind, friendly, and remembers the little things every time. She deserves a big raise! I rarely have issues at this location, and everything is always fresh and delicious.
I am a Starbucks connoisseur and this is the location that is closest to my house, so naturally it is the one I go to the most. My drink is always made correctly..but more importantly, ASHLEY IS HERE. If you come here in the morning frequently, you’ve likely ran into her. She is an absolute ray of complete sunshine and serves all the good vibes with your order. Customer service is always a 10/10 when she is there.
20260711 The barista is very nice and helpful. I brought my personal cup but she didn't ring it up for personal cup... not discounts (10 cents) and no double points 😩🙄
