The staff was very pleasant. However, this location was remodelled and is no longer inviting nor a good experience.It used to have a good atmosphere, cozy, and a good experience overall. Now, it's primarily a mobile order dispenser. It looks more fast foodIsh than McDonalds. The remodelling was a complete disaster.

Drinks, food, and snacks are up to par! What’s issue? At window they will handle money all day, and cards and even when they aren’t making your drink, they have a habit of touching over the lid including where you drink from with 5 finger contact like a toy as some hover over with spider daddy long leg finger tapping, and others go around lid in circular motion with a few fingers. Why is this a thing that hasn’t been addressed, especially after Covid?Also this specific location has a funny taste to the coffee compared to State st where coffee taste perfect. Seems to be an expressso calibration issue with water ratio or cleanliness issue giving awkward taste

Walked in and waited at the counter for several minutes. Not one person said hello. One girl finally said she’d be with me in a minute. I get that they have a lot of people in the drive through, but a simple welcome to Starbucks goes a long way!

Hate the redesign. The old layout was great and comfy, just needed some new furniture. Very spacious. Then all of a sudden, Starbucks decided to redesign it and make it less roomy. People have to wait in front of the trash can now, LOL. It feels like they took the design for an airport location and copy pasted it to the Tittabawassee location. You can wait outside an airport location...not so much in a strip mall...comfortably.This isn't San Francisco or Seattle, if the plan was to keep homeless out, that wasn't needed here. Everyone I know just goes to State now. Won't be long before that will be ruined by a redesign, I guess.

I recently experienced the death of a beloved pet and the staff working this evening (around 5pm) were so incredibly kind ❤️
Every time I order doordash from this location, I get a hot drink instead of a Frappe like I ordered. Here's a picture of my frappe sticker slapped on a hot drink. Nice. Real nice.

Super super cold atmosphere. It’s very clear these people hate their lives and their customers. they also never leave out a straw with bubble lid drinks and will avoid speaking to you if you’re trying to get one. They also jump around orders and will not fill yours in completion before moving onto the next person so you have half an order ready at your pick up time. This is the kind of experience I get every time I come in since they re-opened after construction. I will never come to the Starbucks again.

Ordered a venti but never got it. Was handed someone else's order while car in front of me got my order paid for someone else's order other than my own. Disappointing. Will not be returning to this one again. Prolly should have a stronger drive threw person who knows what he's actually doing in that window.
