I enjoy buffalo wild wings, this one is no different. But sometimes it can be hard to enjoy it. The food is always pretty good, the atmosphere even when busy is enjoyable, but its the service thats hurts the experience. The servers are always pretty nice but I will order something and it ends up coming 20 to 45 minutes later, which when busy makes sense but it happens every time even when the orders are pretty simple, they on a regular basis get orders wrong, which usually isn't...
Service was prompt food was average and so was the atmosphere nothing special or terrible. The deal for the food was excellent on the bottomless appetizers, however BEWARE they charge way too much for soda $6.98 for two fountain soda. I can buy soda at the gas station for half of that.
I went out on a Thursday night with a bunch of my friends and our server was Makenna. She was absolutely amazing and did a great job getting everything that we needed. She made our experience an 11/10.
