the atmosphere is young, old, families, couples, singles. its great! i only like matchas, here; the matcha is great! i got a 16OZ matcha latte with oatmilk and lavender syrup. tastes like a buttery, lavender, sugar cookie of sorts with a matcha aftertaste. the service was quick, easy, modern (offering a rewards and tap to pay). very cheap, spent $12 for a 16OZ latte and a custom bagel. (that price is including a tip)
The coffee was delicious. The atmosphere charming for studying and meet ups. However the customer service did not match up. A sign posted tells customers to reach out if the drip coffee is empty. The staff seemed irritated, spewed old coffee spits into my cup to “see if it was really empty”, and then left it. They forgot about brewing the new coffee making the wait extra long. I recommend the coffee…as long as the carafe’s not empty.
Cozy cafe with fantastic window seating. The staff is extremely friendly and provide fast service. I highly recommend the bees knees latte. Just the right amount of sweetness and spice that let's the espresso taste shine. I'll be back, this place is great.
