I did not rate the atmosphere because I used the drive-thru.
I have never used Chick-fil-A drive-thru until today. What should have taken maybe 2 minutes, took over five I think because of problems with orders ahead of me.
The food was good as usual. Their spicy chicken sandwich is the best in the world!
Friendly workers but slow customers ahead of me 🤷🏼♂️.

Disappointed. Deeply disappointed. App menu is now difficult to navigate. My breakfast meal was canceled because it one minute past 10:30 because I couldn't find the breakfast items I wanted. Again, disappointed. Very disappointed.

“Chick-fil-A is the only place where I feel like the employees would tuck me into bed, say a prayer for me, and then serve me waffle fries in the morning. The spicy chicken deluxe is so good it makes me question what I’ve been doing with my life eating at other fast-food spots. Their ‘my pleasure’ feels like free therapy, and somehow my lemonade never runs out—like they’ve got a secret lemonade fairy. Only downside? They’re closed on Sundays, which is exactly when my soul needs healing the most.”

Trash do not waste your time or money sit in line 25 mins to be told they lost your order they retake it and tell you that you need to pay again finally over it drive off and check account was debited for the order total with no food and no refund.

I have yet to hear the satisfying gesture of your slogan “My Pleasure” until then. 1 star. That’s what I originally said but now they said my pleasure and I visited and my experience was great! I love Chick-fil-A!

We waited in line for an hour. When the food finally, came were missing a large part of the order. All three entrees not there.

Always good food from here, but we went and they gave us the wrong sandwich and I tried calling, no one answered. I know it's a new restaurant with new staff and things are bound to happen but I was a bit bummed I couldn't get a hold of anyone. we will definitely still be back because the food was still good, a little cold from waiting in line but still good. friendly staff too which is always a plus.

We agreed to sit in the line for however long it took on one of the first few days it was open. The line stretched all the way out on Tittabawassee. But to our suprise we didnt sit for as long as we anticipated. Just under 45mins from the street. The line was moving pretty orderly and quick. The crew was on top of their game. Our order was taken, confirmed further ahead and the food we recieved was made fresh. EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!! For just opening, you all did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!! 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Great service and wonderful way of making the line flow. Certainly worth the wait! I love the diet lemonade and limeade. We used to visit Chick Fil A on road trips but now we don't have to wait to travel to visit one now that there's one in Saginaw. I'm so happy that we finally have one in the area. Love the fruit cups as a healthier side option!
