We agreed to sit in the line for however long it took on one of the first few days it was open. The line stretched all the way out on Tittabawassee. But to our suprise we didnt sit for as long as we anticipated. Just under 45mins from the street. The line was moving pretty orderly and quick. The crew was on top of their game. Our order was taken, confirmed further ahead and the food we recieved was made fresh. EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!! For just opening, you all did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!! 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Great service and wonderful way of making the line flow. Certainly worth the wait! I love the diet lemonade and limeade. We used to visit Chick Fil A on road trips but now we don't have to wait to travel to visit one now that there's one in Saginaw. I'm so happy that we finally have one in the area. Love the fruit cups as a healthier side option!

If you order Doordash/Delivery from this establishment, understand you are NOT priority here. They serve the drive thru, then walk ins, then personal pickups. If it has Doordash on it, you are pushed to the side. My customers name wasn't on either screen after minutes after arrival in the cramped lobby I was all but ignored when they couldn't "find" the order. It didn't take me long to figure out what was going on. After 15 minutes of standing in rush hour customers, I just walked out. Get the delivery portion of your service together before you have us standing in your crazy grand central situation of chaos. Won't be back anytime soon, as a delivery person OR a customer!

Not a bad place to get a chicken sandwich. I took my daughter here and went through the drive thru. Mind you it was lunch time. The drive thru is a double lane construction. Both lanes were jam packed so much so that it was all the way onto the road and then some. It took about 45 minutes to get her sandwich. She said it was well worth it. But I won't be doing that again. Next time I will be going way after lunch but before dinner time. The total for that meal was $10.49. To me it was a once in a lifetime event. In the end she was full and happy.

I think this location could benefit from a cross contamination training/reminder. There are a lot of people here with celiac disease. I have it and told the employee in the drive thru that I have a gluten allergy. The food was not marked as an allergy and I did get sick from cross contamination. I’ve been to many CFAs in 3 or more states and if you tell the employees you’re allergic to gluten there are usually strict protocols like changing gloves, not touching tortillas or buns, etc to avoid as much cross contamination as possible.
I do appreciate that they have a separate fryer for the potatoes so celiacs can eat hash browns and fries here with little cross contamination.

Can’t say enough about our great experience today! Amazed at how quickly the line moved, friendly service (including several stops by our table to see if we needed anything), and our kids even got little cow stuffed animals! (probably related to the opening of this location) Highly recommend. :)

Skip the line and go inside! We parked at creation coffee and walked over, ordered our food within 5 minutes of walking in, lots of tables open, got our food within 10. Seems everyone was in the line outside and forgot they could come in. ! It was great. Everything was fresh and hot. Awesome service, employees walking around asking if you need anything, she refilled our drinks. I love chik fil a and this is one is just as good as the rest!
