Had a great meal at Chili's in Saginaw. We had great service from Austin. He was amazing. Very attentive and he was busy but still did an amzing job and his service never faltered. Great Job Austin and thank you for a great experience.

Stephanie was an exceptional waitress. We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant, the restaurant was not freezing cold. We had a wonderful meal and got to watch the Tigers and the Lions play.

Our experience tonight was quite different than normal and not up to Chili's standards for food - but our service was top-notch and that's why I am writing this review. We stayed only because we were very, very well taken care of.
Travis was a fantastic server even with all of the setbacks and issues thrown at him tonight - he immediately greeted us and promptly came back with drinks and chips and salsa, he took our orders quickly and was very attentive...
