They were out of steak during dinner rush and did not have it posted anywhere or let people know before ordering. their hot sauce bottle had water added to it. There were no clean tables. Very displeased with this whole experience.

Staff is rude. Everything that was free before isn't free anymore. Charging a dollar plus for anything extra. Ridiculous. The same store in downtown Chicago still doesn't charge you extra for anything. Also the extra prices are hidden. Very greedy. Terrible business.

Always missing stuff, I swear these people are idiots and I'm amazed they can survive life each day. I remember when you used to get decent portions here. Now they skimp on the meat and do everything they can to save Mr. Chipotle an extra $1. Now you have to pay an extra $5 for double meat just to get a solid serving. Exactly why I quit eating here, I can make a bowl of rice at home...
