Great food Julia was our server did a great job. .hostess station disorganized every time we visit. music on edge of being to loud and I'm a rocker . Andrew manager stopped at our table to ensure we were happy. As we were leaving he cranked up radio even louder tables around us not happy if we weren't already leaving we would of. There for a nice QUIET meal not a concert.
This was my first visit to this Saginaw restaurant. Though busy, the wait time was relatively short. The host was kind, the waitress was friendly, as well as the rest of the staff my dining partner and I encountered. The music was too loud for conversation though not unpleasant, and the overall decor created a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Texas Roadhouse offers a wide variety of foods at competitive prices, making it a regular spot for many. The steaks are cooked perfectly and flavorful, and the appetizers like mozzarella sticks and cactus blossom onion are hot, fresh, and delicious. The smothered chicken is juicy, and the green beans are seasoned very well. The waiters and waitresses are quick, friendly, and pleasant, and some go above and beyond to make sure guests have what they need. This nice restaurant is enjoyable and recommended for a birthday dinner. While the loud country music may be overwhelming for some, the food and service are consistently great. The customer service is amazing, and the manager does an excellent job resolving any issues. This chain steakhouse is impressive, with great service and surprisingly high-quality food.
