I made a delivery order from El Rancho Grande on GrubHub at 5:46pm. At 7:15pm I reached out to GrubHub because I had not received my food. The restaurant closed at 7:00. GrubHub cancelled my order and gave me a refund with no explanation. An hour later I received a phone call from a very nice lady at El Rancho Grande. She told me that they stayed late waiting for a GrubHub driver but no one ever showed up. GrubHub was going to let the restaurant take the blame when the whole ordeal...

I've got takeout here several times and it was fanastic. On Monday we dined in. The food was fanastic and the service we received was excellent. Best tamales I've ever had

I must say was the best lil meal I've had in a while.. tacos 🌮🌮 Spanish rice 🍚 and refried beans mmm mmm incredible.
