I am sad to rate this so low however I have found the quality of service has declined this year compared to other previous years. First off the greeting and customer service is pretty flat and lacking care and personality. Secondly we ordered a malt recently and it was basically a cup of milk. It was so thin and watered down it was not enjoyable. The ice cream flavors are still pretty good and I love the idea behind them being local and supporting that however I think the business...

The prices weren't bad, the service was fantastic and the ice cream was great!
I also noticed they had a dill pickle ice cream and I had to try it it was definitely different!

We are sitting in the Midland location right now… we love coming here after softball and soccer games from time to time. Tonight there are two young ladies working and both of them are the epitome of great customer service. The ice cream was great, the atmosphere is great and the employees are very accommodating. We love this place!
