I pulled up through the drive through and the lady asked if i was using the mobile app and i said yes...I then waited there for 4 minutes to hear back from her and when i did she asked me what i wanted and did not even apologize for the wait..i told her i wanted to get 3 mcdoubles no pickle, medium fry, large diet coke, and a large shamrock shake. she then said that the shake machine was broken....which always seems to be the problem. i then said okay no problem and she asked...read full review
This is the only McDonald's I feel like I'm never acknowledged by any of the employees. Food has always been good though slow at times even when it isn't busy and I'm quite patient and understanding.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent play place.

Very bad Customer service, waited forever and then they said all the machines where "cleaned for the night" so we couldn't get anything we wanted. Drive threw was open until 12 and it was only 10:30. Should not have everything down for the night still. Needs better management.
