Coco Loco Mexican Grill and Bar offers a mixed experience. While some find the food lacking flavor and quality, others enjoy the traditional dishes. The service can be hit or miss, with some servers being new and inexperienced. Overall, a decent option in the Shields area of Saginaw for those looking for Mexican cuisine.
