I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and reliability at this establishment. I placed a $150 order for my 5-year-old son’s school pizza party 2 days ahead of time. Due to a time zone difference when booking, the time was off by an hour. I immediately called the store to cancel the order, knowing that asking for it to be ready right at opening (11:00 AM) was a tall order and I wanted to find a place that could guarantee it.

we've been here for 2 hours and they aren't bringing out new pizzas, spears of any variety. The server screwed up our drinks and got irritated that I asked for silverware.
It was my birthday and on August 17th went there for pizza (Saginaw, Mi). There was 5 adults and a baby. My pizza (14 inches) went on the floor (the holding metal was grease where the pizza was placed) . I try to take a slice and the whole tray went on the floor). I thought the waitress was going to give me another one, but nothing. I just got the bill. Again I had guests so I didn’t say anything. Very disappointed.
