Line was busy for 20 minutes straight and then order a takeout order and was told itd be 45 minutes. pass. low effort

This place was wonderful! It was my first time going to a hibachi restaurant and I was very excited. They did not disappoint! Every single person I encountered was pleasant. They aim to please, that is apparent. It was so refreshing to get good quality food and service with a little entertainment here and there. We also left with enough food to be mistaken for take out while walking out. So many leftovers! Easily my favorite restaurant now. Also, there were 5 patrons with birthdays while we were there. They come out banging on drums for each and every one. I’m sensitive to loud noises so the whole experience definitely took some getting used to. But overall it was an immersive experience that I enjoyed. They did what they do very well in all areas of the restaurant. The hostess and servers were efficient, polite, and it really was the best service I’ve seen in a long time.

In the area for work and went to lunch here. We sat at a table, and it was so greasy. We sat for 10 minutes with no drinks, no one to take our orders. Someone came to take our drink order and disappeared for another 20 minutes. After a half hour had passed with no drinks, no orders taken and the people who came in after us already had drinks and soup. What I assume was the manager came over and took our order. (still no drinks) We told him to make it to go. After waiting yet another 30 minutes, my sushi was still not ready, and we had to leave to return back to work. My coworker was able to take her food because she ordered 20 minutes before, we arrived. I unfortunately had to return to work without anything to eat. In the future we will not be taking clients or having company lunch outings here. Maybe they are better at dinner time? Otherwise absolutely don't recommend going for lunch unless you want to wait over an hour and leave with no food.

I’ve been here before (5 years ago, it was great, but this time not so much) We had a reservation here anddd we got sat at our table right, however we were sat at 7:36 and weren’t greeted UNTIL 7:57😢I gotta admit i work in a restaurant to and stuff can get busy when your (short staff or not) you help eachother out Im a hostess and if a server at my workplace ever did this they would be terminated immediate. She comes up to us “how is everyone doing “ as we are getting up from our seats about to leave she tried to take our drink orders like we have been sitting there for a while now come on. the server that came up to us came by our table numerous times before. We get it you have to “cash out a table” but you can still let us know “i’ll be right over there soon” you see your table section is sat. you just simply didn’t care enough to greet us plus we had a reservation so we weren’t a walk in so we should have been accommodated but instead we weren’t. thank you hostess for comign up to us and saying you were sorry it’s not your fault the server didn’t greet us she knew she was sat but probably was ready to be clocked out soon that stinks you didn’t leave with bigger tip tonight:)

While the food is still good, the cleanliness and presentation has gone down hill. Why is there gnats everywhere. and the bathroom is dirty and dark. Service workers are kind.

I paid $19 for this?! This has got to be the Temu version of sushi. The portions are smaller compared to other places I’ve been and then just thrown in the box like this? What is this ? A Lego set where I have to piece my sushi together? Meijer puts together better sushi than this. Not giving these people my money again. SAD.

Food was delicious and the portions were more than generous. Server is a hit or miss. But the Chef was excellent. That filet mignon was cooked to perfection!

What a fantastic experience. A professional chef prepared each dish right in front of us. Yes just like on TV with flames flying food flipping... With mouth-watering food. One thing if you're there make sure you ask the waitress any questions you have. I highly suggest you make reservations so you don't have to stand in the long line waiting. I'm definitely going back here. Be prepared to spend about 20 to 25.00 per person.

It was the first time my boys, 13 & 9, were at the hibachi grill and they loved it. Our chef was very engaging and the food was spectacular! Now that we've been there, I'm hoping to revisit soon!

I am not usually a reviewer of restaurants however I have celiacs disease. An autoimmune disorder triggered when I eat gluten. Usually hibachi places are gluten friendly obviously eating out comes with its risks. I asked explicitly on whether or not my diet could be accommodated. I was informed by three staff manager, waiter, and hostess that my meal could be made gluten free. I ordered a sushi roll (was gluten free and delicious). Then for my entree I order a filet hibachi dinner. It came with noodles along with rice I explicitly explained to the waiter I cannot have noodles I said they could be given to the other person at the table who can eat gluten but they could not be on my plate as I get violently sick. After waiting for an hour and half my meal comes with obvious noodle remains they clearly had been scraped off. I look at the waiter and tell him I cannot eat this it’s contained I get violently ill he looks dumbfounded like I had never mentioned this before. He gets manager the manager comes 10 minutes later and tells me that the non-english speaking chef made a mistake and he can remake it (mind you everyone up front is speaking english and assured me they had told the chef). I feel very uncomfortable to eat this meal remade so I decline the option to have it remade. However they all still continued to tell the meal could be remade gluten free. I told the manager I could become violently ill (by violently ill I mean projectile vomiting for hours, extreme stomach cramps, and explosive diarrhea) the manager assumes death and processed to tell me “we don’t want no death”. I left was not charged for the meal as I did not have it remade or take the contaminated one. However would like to let anyone know with celiacs or a gluten sensitivity/intolerance do not eat. RUN AWAY FAST.
