About IHOP

IHOP offers a great dining experience with excellent breakfast food and quick service. The classic Benedict, hash browns, breakfast sandwich, and strawberry pancakes are highly recommended. The waffles are crispy and delicious, and the staff is friendly, with Tanya being awesome and topping other waitresses for customer service. However, the prices might be a bit high for some items, and there can be order mixups, like receiving an egg white plate when requesting eggs with solid whites. Ya'll would be great if your staff was trained to include dips/sauces with orders, as customers often have to call to remind them to add ranch or honey mustard, and to season the potatoes. Customers are left disappointed when their plain chicken, plain waffles, and plain potatoes cannot be dressed up because dipping sauces are not added to the bag. Despite some noise coming from the kitchen, the positive and fun work environment adds to the overall enjoyable visit.
