IHOP is usually the spot for breakfast, but not anymore. We ordered sirloin tips and eggs, entire plate came back absolutely SWIMMING in grease and oil. (Filled a small coffee cup up with what was on the plate) The flavor of the steak was super sweet, as if the steak was cooked along with pancakes and other sweet breakfast items. (Not exactly sanitary)
My wife ordered the chocolate covered strawberry pancakes (February special). Looks like the kitchen used canned strawberries and sauce on top instead of fresh strawberries they show/claim to put on top. The pancakes were also missing the cheesecake moose, and hardly any chocolate on and or in the pancakes.
Our server was excellent, the food was absolutely terrible. We will NOT be returning to this establishment, or any IHOP at this point.

Miserable experience order and reminded the waitress but never got biscuits and gravy, my kid and wife got their lemonade but I went through the whole meal without ever receiving a drink.
She obviously doesn't know what WHEAT bread is. Which we also didn't receive for 20mins after the rest of the food. My wife ordered hash browns crispy with her country fried chicken. Her hash browns were hardly cooked and cold while my son and I got ours nearly burnt. We never got any napkins like we requested so we walked out with our 3 year old covered in syrup. Three groups of people while we were here had to yell for someone from the lobby mad that they had been waiting for 15-20mins for a seat even though the restaurant was nearly empty. One older women had to push to get some one up front so she could pay her bill. If this wasn't bad enough possibly the worst part my wife went up to pay and this troll of a women was staring her down tapping her finger doing this grunting thing that she seemed to prefer over actual words for our entire service. My wife walked out nearly in tears. I wasn't going to give her any sort of tip for some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately she got the recommended 15%. My wife was honestly scared by this women just staring her down while filling out the receipt. Do not eat here. If I could do more then just warn others with a review I would. If this is how this location conducts themselves they just need to lock their doors or at minimum hire a whole new crew and certainly terminate "Amber B"

Ya'll would be great if Ya'll trained your staff to include dips/ sauces to the orders. Every time we order from you, we have to call the store to ask/ remind yall to add ranch or honey mustard, and often times to season the potatoes... If my meal comes with a dipping sauce option, for the love of God, add it to the bag, PLEASE!!! We get our food and are left disappointed because we can't dress it up. Plain chicken, plain waffles, plain potatoes!! C'mon guys!!!

The chicken and waffles were good, but the chicken was slightly overcooked. The hashbrowns were inedible. I asked for them to be cooked crispy, but they were an oily mush. Finally, when we got the bill it seemed higher than it should have been, but it wasn’t itemized so we couldn’t verify.
Literally everything about this place screams run away. The place is run down and filthy, they had a total of 3 people out front on a Saturday morning in a busy shopping area... clearly they don't care about appropriate staffing. Plus these people clearly didn't care about the guests. Not surprising tho - the food the kitchen was sending wasn't doing anything for the wait staff either. It was poor ingredients, poorly cooked and in ridiculously stingy portions.
Will never go here again, recommend nobody else does ever and hey, if you're reading this Saginaw Health Dept, you will want to inspect soon...pretty please.

Ordered online, went in and they had me sit there over 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready before they told me they "lost" my ticket.
