It started with a crub side order that ended up so wrong I was given meal vouchers as an apology. Used them and was satisfied with the burgers. Went back today and it was terrible. The waitress was cold and borderline rude. No communication, no checking on us, and when I recieved my drink it was a dirty glass. She never came around to check on us. Just plopped down napkins quickly passing us.
Ive also noticed the portions are smaller than they were a month ago. My order was also wrong when recieved. I didn't get the waitresses name as none was given.

Adequate. The food was good, the service... Meh... It seems like the on duty staff had too many duties. It was hard to get my bill and harder to check out... No one was at the register and my server was only in the dining room when she was carrying things to the tables.
Refreshing this review... Nov 7 '25 9:30 am. The food is typical, good enough to stop for but nothing that I would write home about. Our server mistakenly brought us bacon instead of sausage, however, the instant I pointed it out, she went to the kitchen and immediately returned with sausage! Thanks for that!!! But the cashier, she was high and had a difficult time with words!!! She told me I could not use cash... If I'm not mistaken, cash is still legal tender in Kochville township! She told me to go ahead and use my card, but apparently forgot to do something on her side of the machine... I told her there was no amount on my terminal, admittedly, I tried to check out without a bill because we left the table before the server dropped the bill off, but the cashier figured out what we had and was trying to get the transaction completed. She tried a couple of times to grab my card a tap it, I finally got her to understand that I couldn't tap until the amount was displayed!
Do I recommend this location? One to ten scale, it gets a six. Also, I understand restaurants are having a hard time getting good employees... But dear manager, think about the public face of your facility.

Decent food, but where is everybody? Showed up around noon on a weekday—empty. Not a single other table. Kinda eerie, like we missed the memo that the place closed. Food was solid, though. Pancakes fluffy and hot, fish dinner flaky and well-seasoned, country fried steak tender with gravy that didn’t taste like it came from a packet. Portions big, prices fair. Kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing. Place was clean—floors spotless, tables wiped, bathroom stocked. No complaints there. Service was polite and quick (hard not to be when you’re the only ones in the building). Just can’t shake the ghost-town vibe. At peak lunch hour? Weird. Makes you wonder if something’s up—slow location, bad word-of-mouth, or just a fluke day. TL;DR: Food good, place clean, service fine—but noon and nobody here? Strange. Worth a stop if you’re hungry, but don’t expect a crowd.

We really only get food to go but it's packaged well, cooked well and the employees that have brought out items have always been courteous. In our experience, food is usually ready to go pretty quickly. The portions are great especially when compared with other places in the area.
