What a pleasant surprise!!! These folks care about the food they serve, and it shows. It's a small kitchen, so expect a little wait to pick up your food, but it will be so worth it. We choose our overnight stops often around good food .... and Saginaw just made the list, solely because of this gem. Having a separate vegan menu would give them 6 stars, if I could.

Best restaurant in Michigan!!! A must try!
Chia and Peter are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. We could have stayed there all day to chat and eat. We are vegans and the food was extremely flavorful, clean and made me feel good afterwards. Great job!!! Will be back next time I'm in the area.

As a small business owner, I notice the hustle. The details. The pride. The pace. And tonight, Peter & Chia’s absolutely delivered.

I landed in Saginaw after a travel day and trusted a ChatGPT recommendation and WOW am I glad I did.

I ordered the Original Pad Thai medium hot (their recommendation), Thai fried rice medium heat, and egg drop soup… and every single thing was incredible. The kind of meal where you’re already excited...
