The service and music were great. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the appetizer looked and tasted better than the meal. May give it a 2nd chance and order something different than steak.
Our family recently made reservations at Jakes for both Easter and Mother's Day. The owner called and confirmed our resevations both times. This was an effort to go above and beyond with regard to customer service. The food was delectable. The buffet was full, including the dessert bar.....both were the entire length of the bar!!!!......And the the service was spot on. We love the ambiance of Jakes. It is a treasure in Saginaw. You will not be disappointed!
THE FOOD WAS AVAEAGE. PRICE WAS ON THE HIGH SIDE FOR WHAT YOUR GETTING. WE WERE ALSO FORCED TO PAY AN 18% GRATUITY WHICH I DON'T HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WHEN IT'S MY CHOICE AND THE WAITRESS DESRVES IT. THE 18% WAS ON A BUFFET. ATMOSPHERE WAS GOOD.
