Ordered my pizzas and wings. Person taking my order didn’t sound to confident in repeating my order. Repeated my order back to me and it was wrong. So I had to correct him. Which was fine. I know they were busy because of the Super Bowl. Was told my price and how long it would take. Showed up and my order isn’t even in the system. The girls looked frustrated. The manager should have stepped in and did something. Mean while the guys at the phone looking right at me like they knew they messed up. Now I have to wait an hour and a half because of the mistake. They should have put my order in right away. No apologies were made. This is my favorite Jets. Never had any issues and am a regular customer. Very disappointed to say the least.

When ordering on the weekend, we are finding our food (pizza and bread sticks) burnt and lacking in taste. If we order during the week the food is excellent. As always our delivery person is friendly and has a smile and great personality!!

It was great, except the item distribution on the pizza it self.... 3 toppings, all were bunched in the middle of the pizza..the delivery was great..I like to taste my toppings across the whole pie.. not just first bites.

No indoor seating. I only purchased the gluten free pizza which I thought was moderate but my daughter loved. The gluten free pizza is thicker than usual as gluten free goes, so it is a nice surprise.

First things first... this is good pizza! For a while, I have to admit, I skipped over Jet's when ordering because I could get cheaper pizza other places. And that is exactly what I got... cheap, floppy pizza. Now my goto here is an 8-corner BBQ chicken with turbo crust. The 4 stars for atmosphere is simply because the waiting area (pick up or delivery only) is pretty bare with hard metal benches.Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free cauliflower pizza crust. (Also good for Keto)Fair selection of veggies (we occasionally get mild peppers, onion, mushroom, olive, and feta cheese on a hand-tossed crust)

Deep dish pizza was delicious & the salad was good too! Great service.
Jet's used to be our favorite pizza but over the last few years has really went down hill. Last week, we ordered a hand tossed round pizza. It was awful, tasted like cardboard and to top it off, I found 4 hairs on two slices of pizza. I hate to say it but frozen pizza out of the local grocery store is much better. We are looking for another pizza shop for take out and it will not be jets.
