Have had a lot of problems with this location recently. This most recent time I ordered, they forgot bacon on my Jimmy cubano. When I called to get this fixed, the person who answered didn't think it had bacon on the sub when I told them it did and mine was forgotten. They put me on hold to confirm and then asked if I just wanted the bacon or the sub remade. I don't like wasting food and I know they would just throw my sub out so I asked for the bacon. I asked if it could be delivered since my lunch was almost over and they said they are really busy and it would take a while. I opted to just pick it up at that point. Nobody greeted me when I got there and it took a moment for me to notice it was in a bag on the pick up shelves. Honestly, I'm done ordering here. Too many mistakes, they seem very dismissive about fixing them, and the prices have gone up way to much to justify this type of service.

Ordered the $10 special online. Got the turkey Tom minus mayo. Sandwich had mayo. Two pitiful slices of turkey and looked like it had been stepped on. Gave the wrong cookie and chips. Only thing that was right was my drink, which I filled. I've heard bad things about this location but gave them a try. I regret it. Don't waste your money here.

I was never a big sandwich person, I originally ordered from here just because it was close and delivery price was reasonable, but this became one of my favorite places to order from. I order from here frequently and they never get my order wrong, and I customize the heck out of my sandwich so that’s saying something. The only thing they’ve forgotten in a year of me ordering from here semi-regularly was a single bag of chips. Delivery never takes long unless I’m ordering around the lunch or dinner rush. Another thing I appreciate is that they actually listen to delivery instructions, which I can’t say about many other places. I love Jimmy John’s and this location is a good one!

This is the worse Jimmy John’s ever. Manager at this location has no clue on how to speak to customers. I called at 5:47 for my order and it wasn’t delivered until 7:00. I will never order from this place again

Fast service but seeing the multiple ant-traps and an employee running around with a broom and a box? was concerning as a customer.
I had two orders, #38 and #39 11/15/2023Your cashier charged my twice for the same bag of BBQ chips.Did not notice it until I returned to the office, because receipt is given at the end of the counter. Maybe watch that from now on.
