Won't eat here because a staff member threw a fit in the parking lot because we were parked next to them. No sign posted anywhere that its reserved. Throwing their hands up in the air and shaking his head at us.

Their slogan freakishly fast is only true because they will only deliver 3 minutes from their locations I live in the middle of five surrounding my area not one delivers to me I live 5.5 MI from the nearest one the service is ridiculous it is very different between the day and the evening hours during the day they're very helpful they can understand what you are saying they know your order as you're saying it but if you go during evening hours you will deal with people who can't remember your order when you said it five times because it looks like they went out and hit the pipe too many times I will say one of these stores in particular the food is good but I do not feel that it is good enough for me to drive out of my way for a sandwich when I can doordash or order something from someone who delivers to me just saying and by the way and these restaurants always look closed Maybe get brighter lighting maybe an open sign something that signals to people on the road can see that you are open because you always look closed

Order a meal . Driver was great . But called the store because my poweraid was just water to tell them they needed to change the syrup. They put me on hold for 10 mins and then it hung up. I used to work here so really disappointed! Ordered again driver didn't knock, text or call just left food sitting without me knowing.

Been ordering delivery for the past month call to get delivery today and they say I'm all of a sudden out of their delivery range that there are other managers should have never delivered to me in the first place which is BS spend good money with them won't no more it's a shame they're scared to come to this side of town SMH

After visiting for sit-in restaurants, we ended up at Jimmy John's for dinner before our show. I had never been, but I had High Hopes from what my friends shared from their previous experiences. It did not disappoint! My kickin chicken wrap with the spicy peppers and tangy sauce were delicious!

Ordered from here after a long day hoping to just get something to eat. Didn’t get most of my order and the customer service was terrible. They hung up on me, didn’t apologize once, and I’m sure I’m now going to have to just kiss my money I paid goodbye and nothing will be fixed. This place is a joke. Ruined my night. I’ll likely never buy from any jimmy John’s again I’m so disgusted with how this was handled. Do NOT go here.

Came to the counter to place a order I ask the employee working the desk which combos are turkey subs. Two employees at the desk just looked at me and continued talking to each other without helping me. The guy sticking the chips & the lady making the subs had to stop what they were doing to answer my question. Then I asked four 6 packets of mayo twice and they gave me 2 then another 2. I would recommend hiring new staff. I won’t return to this location. Thanks
