This was one of the worse experiences today. The steak was overcooked and had no flavor. The salmon was very dry and not very good at all. The rolls came out cold so they were hard to eat. Took a long time for our food to come out and we were one of the only people in the restaurant. Very disappointing dining experience.

The food and service was perfect, roomy and not overcrowded, the manager checked to see if expectations were achieved!

Nobody came to serve us and no host at the front

Not enough waitstaff. Slow service due to staff being pulled to help take out. We've been here before in the evening and it was good, but this was a lunch. Table next to us left. They gave us rolls without getting our drinks.

Waited over an hour for food. Never got offered refills of our drink. My steak was almost burned when I asked for medium well.

Absolutely Horrible. I thought Flint location was slow but this is worse. At least Flint did the world a favor and permanently closed. This location should be next on the list. I ordered online almost 2 hours ago. Drove 30 minutes from Flint and my food still isn’t ready. I had a giftcard I was trying to use before Logan’s goes out of business.

We were a table of 8. Yes that’s quite a bit, but the restaurant wasn’t super busy. They sat us at a table with tiny wooden wobbly chairs and there was a few larger folks in our group. We thought we were going to break the chairs. Our server was also the bartender. Maybe giving the bartender an eight top isn’t the best idea. We waited for a while for drinks and again, all while watching our server try to keep the bar people happy as well.3 of the 8 orders were burgers. All were very dry, (yes we asked for well done but that could be done without drying them out) the lettuce was soggy, like the food sat under a heat lamp. Two people ordered potato soup that had FULL size potato wedges in them. Just strange for a soup. The garlic toast that came with one of the meals was literally nothing but one of their table rolls, cut in 1/2, microwaved with garlic and cheese sprinkled on top.Our server kept a smile on her face the entire time even though she was struggling to keep everyone happy. Being there for 2 hours, drinks were refilled twice, missing condiments, and subpar food, we will not be going back there again. Management needs to be more aware of what’s going on in the dining room and lend a hand.Dietary restrictions: One of the guests at our table has a gluten/dairy allergy. Our server was VERY attentive to that and applied that allergy to her orders. That was amazing.

Classic American chain. Central counter with chairs and tables all around. I got a piece of meat (their cut, Logan) accompanied by rice and chips. All very good. They always bring the typical "dirty" butter bread which is good, but tends to be very filling.Staff a little inattentive, we ran out of drinks and had to wait a long time before a waitress came by.
