Nice people and good authentic Mexican food! Our waitress, Natalia was so sweet! My family will definitely be back and we hope she takes our table again.

I love everything about this place. The food is amazing & the atmosphere! They make you feel right at home. The staff are so friendly & quick to give you what you need. They tend to you as soon as they can even when they're extremely busy. I recommend everyone here & this is our number one go to spot!

This place sucks. The rice and refried beans were completely flavorless and gross. Idk how you mess up the rice and beans at a Mexican restaraunt. I could buy a can of refried beans from walmart and heat them in the microwave and they'd taste better. The flautas were stale and they were just covered in mashed avocados, no flavor at all.Just go to any other Mexican restaraunt in Saginaw and you'll get better food.

Very dirty, restaurant needs a deep cleaning—even the handles to their refrigerators. Ordered a quesadilla, was swimming in a weird tasting oil—had to send it back. Food was bland and cold. Bathroom also dirty. Charged me the full cost even though I couldn’t eat anything.

Best Mexican food in the tri-cities. If you are fan of Tex-mex, this is your spot. Buffet on the weekends is where it's at though, menudo is terrific every time.

Nasty nasty nasty!!! Avoid this place. They shouldn't even be open. Very dirty restaurant. They don't even wipe down the buffet. The food has not taste. The bill prices are higher than the menu prices. Our server was the only thing I don't have a complaint about. I don't even want to give them one star.

Best all you can eat Authentic Mexican buffet, available everyday. Also, many great menu items. Nachos, Maria's taco dinners, and enchiladas. Great breakfast tacos, chorizo, and the best menudo in town. New patio for outside dining. New carpet inside. Unfortunately closed on Monday. Catering available for any size

The food served here is simply a cut above the rest. Truly authentic Mexican food is served here. You won't find the traditional Mexican restaurant decorations or even music playing, because the food doesn't need any of the trappings. It stands on its own two feet, and the owners and staff do excellent work in keeping the quality consistent! I have never been disappointed in any of my visits here, and I will continue to recommend it to others!

Friend took me there last night for my first time there. I thought the food tasted really good. Not like the (what I call) commercialized "authentic mexican restaurant". Really good flavor in my opinion. Service was very good. I think a little bit of decor would help add to the atmosphere but it was clean which is really important. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my meal experience there and will definitely be patronizing this establishment often in the future.

I (use to) eat here at least 2 times a month. The last time I went the taste of everything was so off. I was confused. I called and talked to the owner (VERY NICE older lady) and she said she knew me from ordering so many time and the next time she would replace my entire order for free. So I called today.....the man/woman rude as hell to me and even yelled at me like I was making this up. Then they (I say man/woman because I couldn't tell if it was a woman or a man. I think it was a woman) said they would only replace ONE thing!! I disagreed!! After a few seconds of back and forth debating about it she/he m hung up in my face!! I called back and a different lady (yes this was a lady) that was nice listened to me and asked me to hold for a minute. Once she put me on hold I hung up. They called me back and I didn't answer. At this point I don't trust them to cook ANYTHING for me. I will eat Taco-Bell before I go there again!!! This is so disgusting and disappointing. This was my second "go to place" in Saginaw.

Maria’s Food Truck - We had our wedding in August 2023 and I can’t say enough good things about Maria’s Food Truck. The food was really good, setup/presentation was great for the taco/nacho bar and they even cooked fresh quesadillas and other food. My personal favorites were the cinnamon chips and beans. The chicken and beef also had great flavor and you could tell everything was freshly made. They were super easy to work with to get a quote, make a down payment, and figure out what kind of menu we wanted. They were really flexible and got exactly what we needed for the day. We had a lot of family members ask us where they could find them again after the wedding because they loved the dinner. They were also really nice to us and all of our guests. They had a mishap of a flat tire on the way to our reception, but were able to get it fixed and still show up as soon as possible to continue with dinner service. I am so thankful they didn’t just give up on our event when the mishap happened, as I have had other vendors in the past do so. They were great with communication, and I can’t wait to eat there again because we really loved the food, all the options we had, and how great they were.

Buffet is available but just ok. Not a lot of variety. Tacos and burritos as self service. There are lots of Mexican and Central American cuisine that could be highlighted or that could be the subject of experimentation but none of that is explored here. Just plain old tacos and burritos.Nothing to see here...move along.18 April 2023.What a difference COVID-19 made. This time in a good way!!!What was lackluster is now vibrant and new. It looks like Maria's is now catering and food trucking. This has brought new life to their homebase. Big full buffet service done with love. She doesn't look like much from the outside, but Maria's really hits the spot for Mexican food done right. Thanks!!!July 19, 2023Had buffet again, Enchiladas were cold, but they took the cold ones away and served the table our own plate and put fresh out on the buffet. We also had a side of the best guacamole, bursting with fresh flavor!!!excellantè!!!
