This is one of….if not my favorite bar EVER! The food is AMAZING, the drinks are AMAZING and the staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! Of all the bars I’ve been to across the US, you will immediately feel part of the family! THANKS to Dave and staff for making our week here!
I had been searching for the best club sub in Saginaw. I own my own food business so I’m kinda picky lol. After looking at the pictures, I decided this is the one I wanted to try! I looked at the menu on Google and Google listed their menu items incorrectly so when I got home, I had the wrong sub.😔 I called them and told them what happened, they were so nice about it, they apologized, even though it wasn’t their fault and made me a fresh club sub.

Merls Tavern is a great place to be! The hot dogs, Who Dat sandwich, and the spin-dip is amazing! Here is Merl (the owner) with a crazy regular who has a hot dog painted nail in honor of Merl’s Tavern. Come on in!
