Unfortunetly I had a bad experience a week ago that I'm still a slight bit salty about, last Sunday I had placed an online order, now ice been in the customer service market before and have managed multiple pizza places in the past. I placed an online order and assuming they'd be busy I have a grace period of a 35 minute pick up time in case, I got there and my single pizza wasn't ready nor even made.
