The food is SO good, especially the pho, but it is so rare that I get to order food from here because the hours of operation are honestly terrible. They are only open for a couple hours a couple days a week.
An absolute gem with some of the freshest and most flavorful food around. Every visit has been consistently great, and it is clear a lot of care goes into both the food and the experience. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you walk through the door, which makes the whole place feel inviting right away.
I have worked my way through much of the menu and honestly you cannot go wrong. Everything tastes fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared....

I love Pasongs! Best hot sour soup I have EVER had! Tina is amazing.

I feel like I need to add this as I have seen many rip on them for time. It is worth the wait! You have to keep in mind they have a small kitchen with limited burner space. They really do churn and burn as quickly as they can.
Tina and her team kick ass. Just have some grace and patience please, things do take a bit longer than a commercial kitchen🙏
