Certain employees of this location often seem as if they absolutely loathe anyone that comes in. I'm a gig driver so I'm in there a lot picking up orders. 9 times out of 10, I will have to ask for included drinks. This last time, I inquired about the drinks and the woman behind the corner looked at me very angrily, grabbed the cups, set them on the counter, and literally just walked away. Another person came in after me and the woman was super rude to her too. It was very unprofessional. There are some very nice employees, but that was ridiculous. I know customer service is hard, believe me, I do, but I didn't do anything but ask for the customer's full order so I don't feel like I deserved the rudeness.

Wings were hot, crunchy, and tasted AMAZING! I wasn’t a fan of the buffalo sauce but the Garlic Parm and the Ranch were also very good! I wish my fries would have been more fresh, but overall they were warm and tasted fantastic. The Mac and cheese is some of the best I’ve had from a restaurant! Definitely am going to start giving this place more of a go from now on! The only other thing that was kind of disappointing was the service wasn’t very friendly, there was no greeting whatsoever at the window and the guy seemed more occupied by his phone then he did his customers, but other than that this place definitely gets my 5 stars ❤️

Great food poor service. They charge you for extra sauce and they all have an attitude. The manager was no exception. I'll just go elsewhere i spent over $80 on my family and was hopeful for at the least friendly service. I got huffs, sighs, and side eyes. This place needs a whole nee staff.

First and foremost, you guys did not deliver all my food. I paid $10 for two orders of the two apple pies and I did not get them. I only got two there’s no way to apple pies or $10 when they are only for something for two I need my food replaced.
