KYLE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! So great to experience actual customer service. Employees are so sullen, drab, miserable, slow, curt, etc. where we live that I never go to Popeye's until I'm in the Saginaw area. So far everyone has been good here but I really wanted to commend and mention Kyle because he really went over and beyond.

They are consistently good to me, I had one issue where they forgot my hot sauce and jelly but i order here often and they are so so good to me an the customer service is always good as well. I should have taken pictures.

While the food is good, the service sucks!! I just stood at the register for a 15 minutes and walked out. I can see people working and they can see me but not one person came to the register!! Plenty of people came in after me and still, no one.
