They say there opened even though they have no chicken to sell. WORSE POPEYES EVER. This popeyes has had problems before but this is the most dumbest thing i’ve ever seen.

I drove up & asked for the 2 pc meal combo. She ask how many pcs of chicken would you like. I reply, it's a 2 pc Combo. She scolds me & says- You don't have to yell! I ignore her comment & don't respond back. She asks-Mild or Spicy? I reply Mild. What's the side you'd like, I reply Red beans & rice. What's your drink? I reply-Sweet Tea. I drove up, pay for my food and drove home. I opened the meal, I had 3 PCs of dark chicken. All were SPICY, I got Mashed potatoes instead of Red beans. I was Sooooo disappointed.

We walked in and stood in line which was a sticky disgusting mess, never seen anyone get food, we never gave our order before walking out. Gross, we won't be back.

Could have been a better experience if the gal on drive thru had a bright personality and knew how to interact properly considering she's in customer service. Not be dull and ask what I want and the tell me my total like I'm interrupting her day at work. Also my order wasn't correct. I ordered the surk n turf box they gave me the shrimp tackle box so I ended up buying the surn n turf all over again so I had my correct meal. The wings were about the best part of my meal.

I would have never ordered here if I knew they wouldn’t honor the Valentine’s Day special for a free 6 piece wing with a $10 minimum purchase. They didn’t decline the coupon until after I made my purchase for over $39. I could have taken my money to a restaurant that honor coupons. Not sure why this Popeyes is so money hungry when the food is already expensive. Anytime I use the app to redeem my points or use a coupon they rarely participate. I literally order from them atleast 4-10 times a month. Each time my orders are typically over $40. At this point I give up. I’ll just have to find another restaurant for me and my family. One that honor reward points and coupon.

At the Popeyes Chicken on Holland Rd in Saginaw Michigan There are some rude employees there I’d say about 3 one BIG tall fat light chic a Manager with a heavy Spanish accent and a drunk dark skin older lady I wouldn’t trust these people to fix my food again. Go in and see what I mean. Those 3 provide terrible service and should not work with the public in my opinion. No more Popeyes Chicken for me at this one I’d rather drive to Flint
Jay at the counter did an awesome job. She was very attentive and made sure everything was correct while placing our order. She also made a point to come out and double check that everything was good and our order was correct. You don't come across many people like her while dinning out. Thank you Jay for making our first Popeyes visit enjoyable.

Went to pop eyes my very first time and let tell you the employees were rude.my husband didn't get what was ordered. I got a sprite and there was no syrup in the cup what so ever and i spoke with the employee and was was yelled at I need to choose something else or it's going to be a wait. Then they never gave me back my debt card. Let's just say I won't be going back to Popeyes ever again! Thanks saginaw!
