The people that own this place must not sit down and check up on the people that work there. It seems like every time I’ve been in here that the people that are helping are half ass paying attention. Even when they take your order, they still forget half of the stuff they’re supposed to ask you and have to come back slowing your order down.

I’m sad the GM is out on leave. I come here once a week and use a 2candine coupon. She has my order memorized, down to what piece of chicken, which ones are classic and spicy, how to box it and bag it. I get it for my parents and myself so I have it boxed and bagged like 3 different meals. She never skips a beat. The food was still good even tho the order was all jacked up. Stopped in on the 15th around 6 pm and when I got there the store got really busy and the guy working the counter was awesome. He kept all the customers informed on the status of our meals and worked hard to get everyone taken care of, we had a big order and there was some things missing but he caught them for us before we noticed and ran them out to us. All the food was fresh and hot. I wish I would of got the guys name to give him a shout out personally.
