What a great experience. I don't know who they had working today. But they were fantastic. My burrito was perfection. Everything about it was perfect. Wrapped so well filled perfectly. Just literally perfect.

The person did not greet us until after she struggled to get gloves on. Made my quesadilla gave to the gentleman doing the finishing touches. She grabbed the tray back to do a 2nd quesidilla. Cashier decided to coach the 1st person how to go get another tray and 1st toldnher to be quiet and let her do her job. Then there was going to be a 3rd. So cashier again tells her all 3 won't fit on tray to put in presser. They decided to have a stare down and words. Finally we spoke...

February 2025

Fast food places have a difficult time getting enough workers. The workers are very friendly at this particular franchise, but I think that having a drive-through at Qdoba is an extra layer of complexity that makes it hard for them to get the orders, right.
