Rally's has received mixed reviews. Since the new general manager, Jess, started, the service, food quality, and friendliness of the staff have improved. However, some customers have had issues with overpriced wings and a new AI voice ordering system that needs improvement. The burgers, fries, and shakes have been praised, as well as the location and quick service. Unfortunately, there have been complaints about the chili for the chili dogs tasting spoiled. The shakes, however, have been a highlight, saving the location for some customers. The parking is sufficient, as it is primarily a drive-through with pick-up parking.
