Tried to go there last night and sat at the speaker for a few minutes before saying hello. the response from the employee was laughing and "that lane is closed!". there was no sign or cone or anything to let people know it was closed, which I pointed out and was told "we cant put a sign up!"
If you have multiple lanes, but only leave one open, there needs to be a way to inform customers that it is closed, whether theres a sign, cone, or an employee immediately telling the...read full review
