$5.50 for a large cup of Jasmine tea seemed a bit excessive. It was good. Just not $5.50 good. The teabag had a string that was served inside the cup. I had to ask for a spoon to fish it out. Not the most attentive service. Wobbly table felt like it had been in a bar fight. I can see where this place needs some tender loving care.
The drinks and the staff were amazing. Popped in here on a whim and found myself drinking a cappuccino that was pulled perfectly. I'll surely be coming back to this beautiful coffee shop when I travel back to Saginaw.
I have frequent meetings at the Red Eye with community partners and absolutely love the vibe in Old Town Saginaw! The baristas are super friendly, you will see a lot of familiar faces, and it has such a community vibe whenever I am there. I usually get their French Toast Latte which is very good. This is a must stop when you are in old town!
