Got a protein bowl for lunch today, had a few added items paid $17 and got nothing I asked for not even a fork and napkins. I called and was very polite the employee pretty much to sum it up he told me he didn’t care and hung up the phone. If you go here make sure to check your bags before leaving and don’t call them just go to the help center for subway.

I never leave reviews on anything but the employees here were honestly so rude that it made me uncomfortable. I ordered online and when I went to the express pickup to get my order they very rudely acted like I was cutting the other customers in line.

This was the stingiest sub I've ever seen in my life
Only put two slices of turkey on my sub, when I went to eat my lunch every bite was the veggies and barely any meat. I haven’t been back since and that was probably 5 weeks ago.

Be careful using the app. Because you pay first you are stuck if they are out of an item. I ordered cookies but because they were out, I paid for nothing. Sure, I could dispute via my bank, but is it worth it for $6? The barely Endglish speaking help said because I ordered online, nothing could be done and there is nothing on the app to report issues witb orders. The store I ordered from also prepared the sandwiches in a very different manner than what was ordered on the app as well. I appreciate a diverse workforce, but not being able to read and understand the language your customers speak is not acceptable.
