Only put two slices of turkey on my sub, when I went to eat my lunch every bite was the veggies and barely any meat. I haven’t been back since and that was probably 5 weeks ago.

Be careful using the app. Because you pay first you are stuck if they are out of an item. I ordered cookies but because they were out, I paid for nothing. Sure, I could dispute via my bank, but is it worth it for $6? The barely Endglish speaking help said because I ordered online, nothing could be done and there is nothing on the app to report issues witb orders. The store I ordered from also prepared the sandwiches in a very different manner than what was ordered on the app as well. I appreciate a diverse workforce, but not being able to read and understand the language your customers speak is not acceptable.

Both ladies that was working was very helpful helping me with my order. They both gave suggestions and shared their likes which sold me on two different footloose. And the people I treated was very happy and satisfied with their subs as well as I did. My hats off to those two ladies. Great customer service!!!

Only 1 bad experience ever here and it wasn't so much bad as a mess up I only got 1 sub with extra meat but was charged all 3 and wondered why my bill was like 40$ lol. But it's whatever stuff happens I never called back to talk to manager about it so that's my fault

Came in asked for two sandwhiches ad stated i needed the reciept. They did not give us a recipe and my sandwhiches were messed up. The one wasnt toasted at all and the other was burnt. And im being dissrepescted.

Worst Tuna Sandwich ever. If I wanted to order a salt block on bread this would do the trick. Called to ask if Tuna is prepackaged. Told that Tuna comes in package they mix in the mayo. If you like salt than this is right up your alley. If not DO NOT order. Calling manager in AM to complain.
