Great subs!

Was just there maybe a minute ago got in line could hear and see the person behind the counter making a sub for her friend, but as soon as me and my husband got in line we could hear her complaining about how she was going to close down early and how we should just go to a different place. We stayed in line we have always came to this subway for a year and a half since we moved to Saginaw, and never once has this happened to us. We got up there and were told that we might want to go to the other subway a few minutes away from here because she didn't have pickles nor banana peppers, we said it was fine since we don't like those either way. Then have her my sub and she asked me what type of bread told her my choice got told that she had just gotten it out of the oven and that she couldn't give me that cause it was too hot, then was told Yet AGAIN to go to the other subway cause she didn't have anything and that she was going to be closing soon. Never before have we had this happened where we were basically thrown out just because she wanted to close down early. Not sure if we'll be going back after this

Every time I go here my card ends up being charged twice the amount the actual total was. Also, It only happens at this subway. I noticed after a few times and I will never go back. They are stealing money basically.

Was here today around 1:30 pm and was waited by Terra. I got a veggie 6inch sub which tasted veryou good. I was not however very pleased with the service. She wasn't very friendly at all qnd didn't seem to care too much about me. Didn't ask if I wanted it toasted or if I wanted cheese. Instead I had to ask if I could get it on there. Then I wanted to pay with my points and she looked at me and said "you ONLY have 22points." Then handedo me,my sandwich. Didn't say bother to say "bye" "have a nice day" or anything. I just felt like I was bothering her and very ignored. I've worked in fast food places before and know all kinds of customers that come in. So maybe she was having a bad day? But I feel good customer service is very important even if you are having a bad day. I've delt with unhappy people in the past myself but I always seemed to brush it off and treat others with respect
