Update on November 29th me and my son came to the establishment the music was so loud you couldn't even hear the server it took the server to get back to us after sitting us down almost 30 minutes before she came back and took our drink order not one time after she took our drink order and brung us our drinks did she come back to the table we ordered some cheesy fries the fries were so you couldn't even chew them manager came up she replaced them and the second time they were still no better you still couldn't chew them then I told her I wanted a T-bone steak and she ended up giving me a porterhouse which I asked for medium rare and it was well done when it came to the table I waited another 30 minutes to try to get a waitress to come to the table so I can let him know about my steak well then one of the female managers came to the table after I asked three different servers for a manager and she basically took my steak and brought me a new one that one had just a very little pink in it but I was hungry and I wasn't going to send it back then she sits there and calls me a liar and tells me that the other steak that she cut into it and it was pink when I showed her at the table that it was Gray and the top of the steak and the bottom of the steak was burnt then when I talk to a manic and told her about my experience in about the experience of my food she's like well you shouldn't have paid until you got talked to a manager and I go well you figure I've been waiting 30 minutes for a manager to come over and nobody showed up then she basically told me there was nothing she can do for me then yesterday I called up and talked to another manager he got severely nasty with me telling me if I didn't like it then not to come back and then tried to tell me blasting music to where you can't even hear yourself think is Corporate wanting it and there was another couple that was sitting across the table from us when they started blasting the music she informed him that that she just got out of the hospital with a brain aneurysm and that the music was hurting her head and the manager basically told her that it was her problem if she didn't like it they could leave this ain't the first time we've gotten terrible service and terrible food from this establishment and the problem is they got a too many chiefs not enough Indians I will never come back to this establishment again and the bad thing about it is we got there at 4:00 in the afternoon and they weren't even busy
Every time I come to this place and I order a steak it always comes out cold and when I send it back they burn it

Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food we received. We come here often and typically do not have any complaints. Our server’s name was Ally-Cat and she was less than adequate. We had to ask for a side of ranch that was forgotten 3 times and still did not receive it. She did not check back in with us after we received our food which was overcooked. We even had to ask another waitress for boxes and only came back to ask if we wanted to purchase a gift card because she “had to”.

When there is no ribeyes in the case walking In ,and you decide to get one cut ? Make sure you know it’s two dollars a oz ! Almost 70 dollars for a steak and the kitchen manager threatens to call the cops on you! Jennifer the waitress don’t mention it at all. Worst customer service I ever had in any place my whole life . Unbelievable Jose the kitchen manager even has a job .There menu does not state there steak is 2 dollars a oz! Highway robbery there wait staff is terrible and I am being nice .

Food was great! Service wasn't. Upsales were pushed in aggressive ways, "you might as well" and "it's only *dollar amount*" To the point even after I decided, it was assumed I accepted. I ordered a bar drink on the rocks, I received a frozen drink. I saw it at the serving counter for a while before it was brought over, I didn't want to wait for the correct drink. The appetizer came out immediately followed by the main dishes. We had gotten our salads at best 4 minutes before the main dishes were brought out. There was a promotion for Gift cards that was again aggressively pushed, when we cashed out. I love the food. But the service this visit was lacking to say politely. Normally when we visit this location, none of this is a problem, however I will be keeping in mind to request not to sit in Dawn's section.
