When there is no ribeyes in the case walking In ,and you decide to get one cut ? Make sure you know it’s two dollars a oz ! Almost 70 dollars for a steak and the kitchen manager threatens to call the cops on you! Jennifer the waitress don’t mention it at all. Worst customer service I ever had in any place my whole life . Unbelievable Jose the kitchen manager even has a job .There menu does not state there steak is 2 dollars a oz! Highway robbery there wait staff is terrible and I am being nice .

Food was great! Service wasn't. Upsales were pushed in aggressive ways, "you might as well" and "it's only *dollar amount*" To the point even after I decided, it was assumed I accepted. I ordered a bar drink on the rocks, I received a frozen drink. I saw it at the serving counter for a while before it was brought over, I didn't want to wait for the correct drink. The appetizer came out immediately followed by the main dishes. We had gotten our salads at best 4 minutes before the main dishes were brought out. There was a promotion for Gift cards that was again aggressively pushed, when we cashed out. I love the food. But the service this visit was lacking to say politely. Normally when we visit this location, none of this is a problem, however I will be keeping in mind to request not to sit in Dawn's section.

Been to this restaurant three times. Had an issue all three times. Thought we'd give it another go. Last night. I got a warm beer and my wife had to send her a steak back because it wasn't even the right cut. Then it came back out and it was still wrong with a cold baked potato.. Other people in our party were not happy with their food either. Another gentleman with us got a warm beer as well. Never going back. Way overpriced to be so crappy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It's not worth the wait.
Came here today to celebrate a friend finding her wedding dress down the street. Asked one of the hostesses if I could get some lemonade while we waited for a table; I'm hypoglycemic and I needed sugar. She was very rude and told me she doesn't do that, that we would have to find someone else. My friend's mother in law had to go to the bar to get it for me. I understand that they were VERY busy tonight, but when someone is having a medical emergency, you should help them.

Our waitress Allison did a phenomenal job! It was my parents and grandpa’s first time eating here. My grandpa asked for cocktail sauce which they did not have, and Allison went above and beyond to make sure my grandpa had some and she specially made it for him. She always made sure we had enough water to drink and accepted our humor. Definitely recommend and have Allison as your waitress!

i had the worse experience of my life last night here at texas roadhouse. our server, katie, was very rude to us and unwelcoming. i don’t know if she was against blacks or gays or if she was just a naturally bad person but from the moment i sat down i was treated very poorly. i thought i was being punked. also the food was not made with cares i found a whole french fry stuffed in my mashed potatoes. the fried catfish and fries were burned yet still soggy
