0/10 STARS DO NOT GO TO DENNYS IN SAGINAW !!!!!! I was so excited to go to Dennys for breakfast since we don’t have one locally I drove an hour to get there. I ordered the berry waffle slam and when it was brought out the blueberries were still frozen ok the waffles! I kindly asked the manager if this was normal & he not only assured me that they are served frozen he very RUDELY exclaimed that I am the ONLY person to ever complain about this & that’s how it comes. He continued to try to escort me out of the diner after I asked for a discount he tried to make me leave all my food and the diner to get it for free I had to get out. So I got my waffle microwaved and ate it. I ordered coffee with my meal I was never offered a warm up or any more than the original cup they brought when I first sat down. He refused to discount my meal. I was astounded that they would have suck a rude manager who was so terrible at helping customers leave satisfied, Jermaine. I hope you are taught about courtesy soon or find a different field to work in as soon as possible!

It was around 10:30 pm on 20 January 2022 when I visited with a friend. My mother used to manage this same restaurant years ago before she retired, so I was eager to see how things had changed. Once we got inside, we only saw 2 people seated. A older white gentlemen and a lady. There was 1 older white lady sitting. We stood there waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come seat us or at least acknowledge we were there! Finally, a middle-aged white waitress appeared. She asked, "Are you picking up a takeout order?" I replied, "No, we're eating in." She frowned and in a very unfriendly manner, seated us. She didn't say anything else. And we waited about another 10 minutes. She never returned to check on us or take our order. So, I walked up to her and asked if we could get a takeout order, instead? She just smacked her lips and walked away! We exited and I yelled, "Don't worry, we won't ever be back!" I told my friend, "Things have definitely changed since my mother was manager!" I said, "She would've fired any employee who acted that way towards customers." We then went to McDonald's.
