We went before noon and for the second time there was no chili. Opted for the potato bacon soup and took it back to our shop only to find that is had been watered down to the point of no flavor and very very few potato's. Very disappointed.

I think they should start covering the FROSTED ONES!! why put it in the bag like that!? Lila who brought us the drink out that we was waiting for was very professional and nice and understood our concern and said they were short staffed we always come here and the service is impeccable just was disappointed other then that it’s a very nice spot to go everyone is very friendly ty

I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you….
