We just went through the drive through. We recieved a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The croissant was burnt and dry. Very disappointed they looked at that quality and served it anyways. We will never return.

1st order. Breakfast sausage sandwich not cooked, hashbrowns dried out, hard and cold in the center. The crossaint was overly burned. My order side in place of hashbrowns was a donut, got home and no donut in the bag. The gal ordering had to repeat the order three times and still was not correct. Not sure what is going on at this Tim Hortons but unfortunately this was not my first bad experience here. I love the coffee. Does someone need to call headquarters??

My dog already don't like the pup cups, I should have listened to him. First time I finally decided to get a breakfast sandwich from there and my eggs were gray It's seen in the pictures ? will not get any more food from there.

I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you…. Some people should not be in customer service if they are that unhappy, energy is passed on, if she’s there in the morning, I’m changing locations!!

Worst service ever!! Employees are beyond rude! Manager excuses employee behavior and blames on company procedures on time limit to push customers through. Worth driving 20 minutes out of my way for better customer service! For some reason all the good Employees at this location were let go and now we are stuck with plain rude!

I work nearby this location and visit in the morning. The staff is unprofessional in every aspect of the meaning of the word. They hold customers at the speaker until the one at the window drives off to keep their drive thru time down. They yell "order up" and "next" when you are at the window and not moving fast enough.

Very unfriendly, and slow service. Told to pull around and basically forgot about, brought us the wrong order, and had to wait even longer. Had to settle for something that cost less than what we ordered and paid for because the machine wasn't working properly.
