I mistakenly made a mobile order for the State street location, but I was at the Michigan store. Instead of making me place a whole new order the manager, Idrissa, was nice enough to transfer the order from State St to Michigan Ave. Her awesome team member Kaytlyn was very kind, patient and helpful during this entire mistake, on my part. The staff at the Michigan location are awesome, fast, friendly and reliable. I enjoy stopping by there location for my daily breakfast.

Slow service. Gave my order at speaker, asked if they had everything correct and they didn't. Had it corrected and got to the window and they still forgot the item, had it added on and upon receiving the items one of them were still wrong.
December 2025
We went before noon and for the second time there was no chili. Opted for the potato bacon soup and took it back to our shop only to find that is had been watered down to the point of no flavor and very very few potato's. Very disappointed.
