I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you…. Service is not as consistently at the level it was prior to the pandemic. My main purchases of late have been Chilli, ice caps, muffins and timbits which are always flavourful. Whilst I enjoy their grilled cheese sandwiches when grilled for long enough they sadly are a hit and miss as to if the cheese is actually melted.

Had the new red velvet coffee and it was so amazing I can't even explain how much we loved it and will be getting it often hopefully they keep it a permanent thing was the best coffee I've ever had ?
