Updating from a one to five star for service since the owner solved my problem. My card was charged for food I never got since I ordered on the app and it turned 10:30 AM. The store couldn't make the breakfast food anymore, so I was told by the manager my pending charges would go back to my card after 24-72 hours. I could not cancel the order since the app claimed the food was already being prepared. Instead the charges processed a couple days later for the food I never got....read full review
Staff are kind and amazing. What I witnessed an hour ago was disgusting behavior by an entitled customer. The worker lady did nothing wrong and the customer just flipped out on her, and threatened to jump the counter to beat her. I respect fast food workers because I used to be one and had to put up with nasty customers. Some customers need to be put in their place! I hope that young worker lady have a better night and a blessed weekend.
It was takeout, and the people at both windows were very friendly. They gave me my receipt. They made sure we had everything we needed. And they had positive attitudes, it was amazing

Most employees are friendly, but a few can be lazy and unfriendly, especially during early morning hours. The restaurant features a great playplace, making it a kid-friendly spot, which sets it apart from others. Customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, and the location is preferred over other nearby McDonald's because of lower prices and reliable staff. Parking is available on-site with always enough space, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, including parking for disabled customers. However, some staff members may have rude moments, but overall, the experience remains positive.
