As a Tim Hortons fan since birth, I was surprised with Saginaws work. I order on the app all the time, this time was no different. RYAN SHOULD BE MANAGER!!! The customer service I experienced at this tims today was some of the best ever, Ryan made sure the customer was happy at all costs, give him a raise or a promotion or something, the world needs more people like Ryan.
I pulled in for a decaf coffee, and at first, was told that there wasn't any. A very kind gentleman jumped on the speaker and said he would be happy to make a fresh batch if I didn't mind waiting a minute. I was so very appreciative of his excellent customer service. If I lived in Saginaw, I would definitely go back to that location because that kind man went above and beyond to give a great customer experience.
