The food was good The service was poor at best And they they illegally charged a service fee for using a Debit card.. Also the men's bathroom was very very unclean looked like it had not been cleaned all week maybe longer and the smell,, wow.

Would be cool if they waited til after hours to have their carpets cleaned but our waitress was attentive and the food was good. Highly recommend the steak and ground beef sandwiches. Super yummy.

I went in and ordered a steak sandwich, not grllled, no cheese, with mushrooms and sauce on the side. I should have checked the bag before I left but didn’t. I got home and they had packed a grilled cheese. My sister has also had problems with the servers listening to orders. They’ve had several mistakes. Will not go back.

We stopped in for AUCE Cod dinner on a Friday late afernoon. Cod was great. Kudos to the chef! Coffee was good and nice and hot...wish price on it was lower but the overall price was good. Coleslaw and fries were good too!

What a horrible experience on their so called BOGO steak sandwich! Only One had a sufficient amount of sauce. Neither had much cheese or mushrooms. One very little cheese & maybe 3 mushrooms! Plus, where was the other half of sandwich! It was just the heels and NO cheese OR MEAT! It makes no sense to me that someone could even prepare a sandwich like this and deem it acceptable to put in the bag for takeout! Plus, I ordered the fries well done and they were horrible and wimpy and not crispy at all!
How does one even call and complain about so much, especially during their very busy dinner hour!?!
We have had experiences very similar in the past and stopped going there and well I guess we’re right back to where we were then; Won’t return !
One doesn’t mind spending money if they get something halfway decent ! Not this crap! Unfair they treat their customers like this!!! Especially ones who have given them a ton of business! This just makes me sick!!!

Their ranch is homemade, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is always great!
