What a horrible experience on their so called BOGO steak sandwich! Only One had a sufficient amount of sauce. Neither had much cheese or mushrooms. One very little cheese & maybe 3 mushrooms! Plus, where was the other half of sandwich! It was just the heels and NO cheese OR MEAT! It makes no sense to me that someone could even prepare a sandwich like this and deem it acceptable to put in the bag for takeout! Plus, I ordered the fries well done and they were horrible and wimpy and not crispy at all!
How does one even call and complain about so much, especially during their very busy dinner hour!?!
We have had experiences very similar in the past and stopped going there and well I guess we’re right back to where we were then; Won’t return !
One doesn’t mind spending money if they get something halfway decent ! Not this crap! Unfair they treat their customers like this!!! Especially ones who have given them a ton of business! This just makes me sick!!!

Friday all you can eat fish was excellent. Cole slaw was also good. I don't care for the fries. They are breaded or seasoned, not my preference. I'm getting breakfast next time. Saw some plates being served that looked really good

After getting up and telling the staff I needed it to go because they filled orders before my order when the people came in after me. Then got the burger and it was a hockey puck. So after paying the food went straight onto the trash. The service was trash and the food was garbage.

I am so disappointed in the restaurant, I heard so many good things about it and we were planning on stopping by when we are in town next month. However, after watching a YouTube video of a gentleman doing a food challenge there and seeing how cold the staff was towards him. I wouldn't want to visit this place. I don't care if ita super busy, you don't take that attitude to the table. Regardless of how your day is going, you are expected to keep that in check and be respectful to all customers.
All the staff was nice, but I watched a cashier/waitress walk away from the register, not even acknowledging the customer standing there waiting to pay. The same waitress waited on me & did not make sure that my order was complete, after I had to remind her that I wanted extra sauce for my steak sandwich. Which I had to pay extra for.

The greasy steak sandwiches they sell gave my son food poisoning a few months ago. He was throwing up all night. Got all over his room and bathroom. Horrible experience. Also my aunt mentioned she overheard the cooks yelling about cockroaches. AVOID THIS

I ordered a half plate of the sweet Cinnamon French toast and a small order of sausage links. For just over $11 plus a $5 tip the food was superb and the lady who helped me out, Katie, was amazing. I just moved out here to Shields late last week and I'm definitely going to be making this a regular spot and I absolutely recommend it. Haven't been there for lunch yet but that's a high priority for me given how good the breakfast was.
