I went in around 6:15 pm. I don’t know that young white girl name at the drive through she had an orange hoodie and braids. but she was so understanding and patient with me today. my card kept declining and I kept telling her I think my card locked over and over. She never got an attitude, never rushed me, and stayed so calm the whole time while I was embarrassed. thank you for being so kind, we need more patient people like you

Stopped by Tropical Smoothie last night around 8:45 and it was definitely such a good experience. The three people working are always the best. they give great suggestions and never miss. My smoothie came out super fast and tasted perfect.They were all laughing and joking around too, which you don’t really see at workplaces anymore, and it made everything feel way more fun and welcoming. I love going in when they’re working because the energy is just better.Store was clean...

I went to the Bay Road location, and received nothing but excellent service. I ordered their Mango Monsoon, and it came out in less than a minute. Not to mention it was made to perfection. The two women and one man working were efficient, very sweet, and made my night. I will be coming back!
